It all started during the pandemic, when most jobs were frozen and people were left at a standstill point, except the food & medical industry. I realised one thing, the reason we are alive is due to good health, especially when we eat rich, healthy, and
tasty food. I then started a YouTube channel to spread awareness on the importance of health. Without wasting much time blaming nature and grieving, I wanted to make the best use of my time by posting health, diet, exercise
tips, talked about historical icons in my free time and explore natural, authentic & traditional food recipes. After seeing my videos, friends, families, and neighbours admired it and attempted the style, presentation, and
the way of our cooking. The food lovers encouraged me to post more recipes every week! The kids were inspired & tempted by it, and looked expectantly, asking for us to cook for them. So, their parents came to us with a request:
cook for us! They didn’t mind bearing the cost for ingredients and the workmanship included. So, for the sake of love and affection, as a family we started cooking for them. My friends approached me with more orders and some suggested that we start a catering business!
That's how we got to where we are now… Taking that into consideration, we have decided to start from scratch and reform ourselves, but this time with highly professional standards. I learnt cooking from the basic level to a
now advanced standard, and I can proudly say that we can cook all South-Indian and Sri Lankan dishes - even customised and homemade dishes. I am privileged to say our that regular customers praise us for creating “the best,
authentic South-Indian recipes in town, and the best we have ever tasted in our life". The heat & spices we add will be perfect for all ages and all ethnic people. We are mainly focused on giving good food, implemented with
excellent professional standards, without any debate over Quality vs Quantity. We hope and wish for our customers to bless, having tried our cuisine, verbally and from their hearts, most importantly.
